Is Something Missing in Life?
Why
does one always feel as if there's something is missing in his life,
something is incomplete that has to be completed..When inner peace is
lost a sense of missing began to grow.
One's path of Inner
peace begins with a strong need to change things in life. That need
is often frustrated by not knowing how to achieve that
change.
It's as if something is needed to complete
them. In searching many attempt to "find themselves" by travelling,
studying, changing jobs or even regularly alternating between relationships to
find that missing something. At best they may fill that incompleteness, only to
realise they have a short-term compromise when the missing feeling returns.
From early childhood our lives are spent
erecting barriers to the world that in turn develop into layers. These layers
create limitations within us. Eventually through these limitations we lose
sight of our real selves and we then lose touch with our Inner Peace. This
creates the sense of something missing.
You may have put these barriers up and created these layers for valid reasons but that doesn't mean they should stay. Removing the layers with Peace Inside enables you to feel safe and secure without them. Through this method you rediscover your true self. With this self-discovery awakening you will realize the layers you created have often caused the damage you originally put them up to prevent.
As society generally focuses on negativity
it is easier to believe negatives than positives. Being told: "You are
stupid" when you're vulnerable will create a limitation about your
intelligence. Periodic reinforcement of that "truth" adds to that
limitation and may trigger further limitations. Inability to accept compliments
is a typical triggered limitation. This example is characteristic of why you
lost touch with your Inner Peace.

One is born with Inner Peace and lost touch with it sometime during your
childhood.
Can one get his internal peace
back? … YES - It starts by
deciding to heal inside and change how you perceive life.

with your Lists by journalising, you will understand certain behaviours and
feelings. It also begins the healing process and heals aspects of you.
Completion time varies and shouldn't be

Step Two - Working with your Lists.

resolve issues that prevent you from being your true self. This peeling away of
your layers will lead you back to your Inner Peace.
